PolAir High Pressure Fogging

PolAIR High Pressure Fog systems atomize water into micro-sized particles that rapidly evaporate to reduce air temperature. Due to this evaporative cooling process warmth is extracted from the air used for the evaporation of water. The fog increases the relative humidity and suppresses airborne contaminants. PolAIR is the system that can effectively control the temperature and the relative humidity as needed in green houses.

The unique VAL-CO PolAIR nozzle is completely made from stainless steel and produces the finest fog giving the highest cooling effect without any condensation on the floor.

PolAIR is renowned for its high reliability and yearlong smooth operation with minimum maintenance. The systems operate at pressures of 1000 to 1500 psi (from 70 to 105 bar) with an average particle size of 10 – 15 microns. At mentioned pressures, the PolAIR nozzle atomizes 6,2 – 7,7 l/hour and 2,5 – 4,0 gr of moisture/m3 air.

PolAIR EZ-Cool™ Pad Cooling

PolAIR EZ-Cool Pad Cooling systems offer efficient evaporative cooling. The raised ribbed pad tray keeps the pad elevated above drain holes to increase the life of the pad. The trough drains completely and has a full 18″ clean-out for easy maintenance. Install the pad cooling system offset from the wall or flush onto the wall.
